In vitro
SGK3-PROTAC1 (0.3 μM) induces endogenous SGK3 degradation by 50% within 2 hours, with maximal degradation of 80% observed within 8 hours, accompanied by loss of phosphorylation of SGK3 substrate NDRG1[1].
